Regional Managing Director 
15 yearsJob Description : REGIONAL MD LATAM The Regional Managing Director – LATAM will be responsible for leading and growing the company’s business in Latin America, with a focus on Brazil and key regional markets. This executive will develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales, expand distribution channels, and strengthen partnerships within the energy and telecommunications sectors. 1. Business Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to expand market share in Brazil and LATAM. Define regional growth objectives, revenue targets, and operational goals. Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, M&A, and market expansion strategies. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand presence. 2. Sales & Market Expansion Oversee regional sales teams, ensuring performance meets or exceeds revenue goals. Drive business development efforts in the energy, telecommunications, and industrial sectors. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, distributors, and government entities. Negotiate high-value contracts and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable growth. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of industry shifts. 3. Operational & Financial Management Oversee P&L responsibility for the LATAM region, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Optimize supply chain, logistics, and inventory management to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with local regulations, import/export policies, and industry standards. Collaborate with global leadership to align LATAM operations with corporate objectives. 4. Team Leadership & Organizational Development Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing regional leadership team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive employee engagement and implement best practices in sales, marketing, and operations. Qualifications & Requirements: 10+ years of executive leadership experience in cable, electronic components, energy, or telecommunications industries. Proven track record in scaling operations, driving sales growth, and managing regional P&L. Strong network of industry contacts in Brazil and LATAM, including government, utilities, and telecom operators. Experience in complex B2B sales, channel management, and contract negotiations. Deep understanding of LATAM business culture, economic conditions, and regulatory environment. Fluent in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus). Ability to travel extensively across Latin America (50%+).
