The Opportunity As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and sustainability of the business. You will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring financial stability, risk mitigation, and performance optimisation to support the company’s ambitious global expansion goals across both hemispheres. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies that enable rapid and sustainable global expansion. Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, and cost management. Lead, mentor, and scale the Finance team to meet the growing demands of international markets. Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, Board, and Managing Director to drive informed decision-making. Develop robust financial systems and controls that support scalability and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, cash flow enhancement, and profitability improvement. Monitor global market trends and assess potential financial risks and opportunities for business growth. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
