Accounting Director

Job Description : ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR FRANCE Open to French speaking International canddiates The Group specializes in digital and environmental transformation and operates throughout France. Reporting to the Group's Administrative and Financial Director, your main missions are: determine and implement the organization of accounting activity supervise the accounting teams (around 5 accountants: auxiliary, suppliers, general) define the schedule for the various deadlines in the accounting cycle manage the closing of the social accounts of legal entities, the collection of data and the consolidation of financial statements monitor regulatory and normative compliance of accounting reports, prepare tax returns verify the consistency of the results of the social and consolidated accounts ensure monitoring of accounting, financial, legal and tax news develop accounting processes, procedures and tools in accordance with internal guidelines, regulatory and normative developments ensure relations with external contacts (auditors and other control bodies) With higher education (DSCG type, Master CCA, or equivalent), you have at least 10 years' experience in a similar position (SME/ETL) and with a stint in an audit/accounting firm. You have mastered accounting and tax standards and you enjoy working across departments and know how to bring rationality to the analyses carried out and decisions made.
