You will lead a dedicated finance team in developing budgets, overseeing financial operations, reviewing financial information, and regularly assessing organisational performance against annual budget and long-term growth strategy. Your role will also involve representing the company to various financial-related partners. Furthermore, you will develop systems to provide crucial financial and operational information to key stakeholders. Formulate the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans Prepare timely and comprehensive reports on financial performance on a regular basis Develop financial and tax strategies Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction Lead the finance team to develop a financial budget, oversee financial operations, review financial information, and regularly assess organisational performance against annual budget and long-term strategy for growth Represent the company to financial-related partners including financial institutions, existing and potential investors, outside executives, auditors, etc. Develop systems to provide crucial financial and operational information to the CEO/investors and make actionable recommendations regarding business commercial and operational strategy What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer position brings strong leadership skills coupled with technical proficiency in finance.
