Leadership and management of the Operations, Quality, sales, marketing and fostering a team-based culture, ensuring positive interactions with other teams within Company and with users /clients. 2. Maintain Audit ready status of manufacturing sites. 3. Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan. 4. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company. 5. Develop the company's culture and overall company vision. 6. Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale. 7. Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. 8. Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. 9. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. 10. Build alliances, rapport of the company and partnerships with other organizations. 11. Oversee day-to day operation of the company.
