The ideal candidate will be responsible for the selection of pre-sales engineering personnel, supervise the work of pre-sales technicians, provide technical support to the commercial department and be in charge of the preparation of technical/economic proposals. You will be responsible forselecting the right personnel for the technicalarea and supervising their work to ensure optimal results. Their ability to provide technicalsupport to the commercial department will be essential, as well as their ability to develop effective technical/economic proposals. Finally, your commitment to good environmental practices will be critical to our success. * Design and implementation of solution-oriented strategies for clients. * Selection of pre-sales engineering personnel and the technical area. * Supervision and distribution of work among pre-sales technicians. * Technical support to the sales department. * Preparation and review of technical/economic proposals. * Collaboration in the design of complex projects. * Establishment of staff training needs. * Proposal and evaluation of potential suppliers. * Continuous relationship with the different manufacturers. * Monitoring of good environmental practices. What you bring: The ideal candidate for the position of Business Unit Manager will possess atechnical background in engineering, preferably industrial or telecommunications.You will need to have a solid knowledge in the area oftelecommunications installationsand aminimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position. The ability to lead teams, make technical presentations, and negotiate with clients will be essential for this role. In addition, a good command of the Office package and anadvanced level of spoken and written Englishare required. * Technical engineering, preferably industrial or telecommunications. * Knowledge in the area of ??telecommunications installations. * Minimum experience of 5 years as Director of Engineering or Operations. * Type B driving license. * Experience in leading teams. * Experience in technical presentations. * Experience in negotiating with clients. * Handling Office (World, Excell, Power Point) * English. Advanced level spoken and written.
