Job Description : Plant Manager/Business Unit Director* Salary / Benefits: c 120k to c 140k EUR pa plus bonus + profit share + car and benefits Based Guadeloupe ,Caribbean Fluency in both English and French is required. With a truly global framework, our client design, build and supply state of the art and environmentally friendly power generated equipment delivering renewable power and energy solutions to customers around the world. This is a substantial change management and leadership role where you will lead a small but highly critical site in Bouillante, near to the capital of Guadeloupe where there are significant opportunities to maximise including substantial output improvements and new technological advancements.
