Job Description : CEO INDIA FOR INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL BUSINESS IN FMCG Manage the complete business of an FMCG brand. - Responsible for smooth running of existing plants in India. - He should create leadership with the company to enhance productivity - Responsible to build new sku's for the company to increase the top line of the business - Responsible for All India business profitability for the company - Able to give direction to the company by looking at existing competition, market share and unlock the potential it can grown from current business levels - Responsible to train, coach, lead and inspire them for high level of productivity standards - Strong in sales and business operations - Exposure of managing plant would be an added advantage - Candidate from FMCG background is preferred
