Job Description : VP SALES INDIA 15-20 years experience CTC UPTO 60 LPA Desired Candidate Profile – - Contribute to the Development and Refinement of Company’s Vision and Strategy. - Decisive Team Builder with Strong Analytical, Communication Motivational Skills and Honest Business Ethics. - Responsible for the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross-functional teams - Travelling, meeting and developing sales team and maintaining relationship with distributors. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1. Rich P&L and sales experience of having worked in the Hot Beverages (non-alcoholic) industry. 2. Proven work experience, along side managing a high performance sales team. 3. mandatory handled the South India market. 4. Experience in creating a pan India brand. 5. Preferable masters degree from a Tier – A business school (ISB, IIM, XLRI etc)
