Treasury Manager

Job Description : TREASURY MANAGER BRAZIL The incumbent will be responsible for arranging long-term & short-term financing for business requirements, managing and hedging forex risks, develop and manage banking relationships and managing legal documentation of bank agreements. Y Source financing from financial institutions for various long-term and working capital products like project financing, corporate loans, short term loan, LC financing, supplier financing, etc. Forex Risk, Interest Rate Risk management and its reporting. Prepare MIS and various debt reports for senior management and board. Participate in deal structuring and project financing. Prepare and review term sheets, legal agreements and participate in negotiation with bankers and lawyers. Manage end to end drawdown of the credit facilities. Coordination with various departments to arrange documentation requirement of the banks including KYC. Manage relationship with external parties such as Bankers, Suppliers and Customers and Lawyers. Prepare short term and long-term cash flow and identify the deficit and surplus cash possibilities and present action plan to counter them. Develop relationship with multilateral institutions (IFC, DEG, EBRD, FMO etc) and Commercial Banks to source financing for strategic project at subsidised interest rates. Monitor and comply all anti-fraud control and internal audit recommendation. CA/CFA with 10 years of experience in corporate treasury and detailed understanding of various financing options (Trade Finance, LCs, Forex, Long term finance, Project Finance, etc) Proficient in building financial models for projection/feasibility study. Solid analytical and strong numerical skills Good understanding of the legal documentation for financing Excellent communication skills Outstanding relationship building with internal team and external parties Ability to learn local language. Flexible and adaptive to different cultures and team person.
