8 yearsJob Description : Country Sales Manager (Cement) NIGERIA Responsibilities - Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies for your assigned team. - Implement new sales strategies and techniques and provide mentorship on them to team members. - To provide regular updates on departmental activities and developments. - Work in line with KPIs and targets set out by the Company. - Complete independent market research and list new prospects. - Book and attend business meetings with potential clients. - Oversee all contracts and paperwork associated with deals. - Manage team performance, and set team targets and goals. Required Skills & Competencies: - Demonstrated track record of achieving assigned revenue targets. - Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills . - Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical Skills. - Excellent pipeline management, project management and strategic planning skills. - Ownership Mindset, Result-Oriented and Good Work Ethic. - Google Suite Proficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing. - Must be a Sales and marketing professional with 8-10 years experience. - Must possess experience in a managerial role with renowned multinational building and construction industries in Nigeria. - Masters in related field or MBA is an added advantage.
