Project Manager

Job Description : Senior Project Manager for a large high rise project based in Nigeria, Africa. Our client is seeking an experienced PM with a heavy background in high rise structures and commercial / mixed use developments. The role will lead all site activity and teams and will report into the Regional Manager for the business. a well known brand worldwide with a strong international project portfolio. The key requirements for the post are: - Main contracting employment history - Degree qualified - Heavy background in high rise construction projects - Lead a minimum of 2 projects from start to finish as a Project Manager - Happy to work in Nigeria (Urban area) for long periods of time on a single status. The role is paying a NET annual salary of around 12k euros per month plus housing, transport, flight allowance and insurances.
