Key Responsibilities: • Lead Operational Strategy, process automation, and cost optimization. • Drive Cost Control, data-driven decision-making, and risk management. • Oversee Warehousing, logistics, and last-mile distribution. • Implement WMS, TMS, and ERP systems for efficiency. • Build and lead a High-Performance Operations team.
