Job Description : Chief Operating Officer located in Southwest Florida . Four-Billion dollar food manufacturer poised for continued growth. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in operations management within the perishable food, agriculture, or related industries, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance requirements specific to the food industry. Proven track record of optimizing supply chains, reducing operational costs, and improving product quality in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. High level of proficiency in using ERP systems, inventory management software, and data analytics tools.
