Job Description : Financial Due Diligence Manager Dubai Experience: 8+ years of experience required in Financial Due Diligence or Valuation Qualification: ACCA/CFA/ICAEW/CPA/CMA Salary: AED 20000 to 25000 Company: Grant Thornton o Candidate must be Fluent in English. o Strong English communication skills and excel skills o Candidate must be good in IAS & IFRS implementation. o Understanding the due diligence working procedures. o Ability to deal with risk management processes and procedures. o Recommend pre-acquisition and post-acquisition actions to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvements. o Understanding the key drivers of business (financial and non-financial). o Ability to manage the project and do internal plus external effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. o Strong Excel and database skills experience preferred. o Ability to manage all accounting transactions, preparation of budgets, and forecasts. o Ability to plan and schedule the work. o Must have the ability to work independently. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization.
