Job Description : General Manager – PVC, CPVC, UPVC Pipes Manufacturing KSA Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our PVC, CPVC, and UPVC pipes manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall business operations, driving growth, optimizing production, and ensuring quality and efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including production, sales, supply chain, and quality control. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market share. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality certifications. Monitor production processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce costs. Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to enhance performance. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (10+ years) in PVC, CPVC, or UPVC pipes manufacturing at a senior management level. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
