The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, managing finance operations, and overseeing financial reporting within the organisation. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for driving the financial planning of the organisation. You will utilise your analytical skills to manage finance operations and oversee financial reporting within the organisation. Your role will involve developing fundraising strategies, managing geographic expansion into international geographies, setting up compliance systems, analysing customer accounts, conducting variance analysis and margin reviews. You will also be responsible for online sales channel analysis and compliance management. Your hands-on approach will be essential in monthly account closing, consolidation & book-keeping; 8 week cashflow forecast. You will manage Accounts Receivable / payable and run weekly payment runs. Your role will also involve ensuring annual compliance, Quarterly VAT return filing and Payroll management.
