Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD, DELHI FOR AGRI TRADING Roles and Responsibilities The Chief Business Officer will be a key part of the senior leadership team. The CBO will be responsible for defining and executing the right strategy for business development activities while ensuring its fit with the company’s broader vision and ambition. The incumbent will have a team of people reporting to him, Pan India. He would be required to travel to smaller cities. Roles & Responsibilities Jointly working with the CEO to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals Building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system that enables greater visibility in the market and high velocity lead flow Participating in management meetings and senior leadership discussions on key strategic matters Understanding the role of technology in fulfilling company vision; Building the sales and business development function that fully leverages the company’s existing technology and also planned technology rollouts in the future. Building a cohesive risk management strategy across customer life cycle – from lead generation to collections. Desired Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MBA or any other relevant post graduate qualification from a reputed institute, preferably IRMA 15+ years of experience in Agriculture/ Dairy / Farming Experience of non-perishable commodity trading / Input Sales would be an added advantage
