Group Finance Manager

Job Description : Group Finance Manager for Central Africa Qualification: M. Com, MBA Finance, CA or Inter CA with Minimum 10 Years of Track Record as Group Experience Required: Minimum 10 to 12 Years Required Job Criteria: • Oversees the financial operations of a group of companies, responsible for consolidating financial reporting and managing budgets across multiple entities. • Responsible for analyzing finance performance, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management including tasks like budget planning, financial forecasting, risk management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards across the group. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting practices. • Capability to align financial strategies with overall business goals and ability to lead and motivate a finance team. • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial modeling tools.
