Job Description : Head of Supply Chain MEA – Pharma | Dubai, UAE ???? This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain strategy, regional distribution, and operational excellence across the Middle East & Africa markets. The Role: As Head of Supply Chain MEA, you’ll be leading regional supply chain operations, optimizing demand & supply planning, logistics, and distributor management, and ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with commercial, regulatory, and finance teams to align supply chain processes with business objectives and drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational efficiency. Who We’re Looking For: ? 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience, ideally in pharma or healthcare. ? Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP, logistics & distributor management. ? Proven ability to lead large-scale supply chain operations across MEA. ? Experience in a regional role within a multinational organization. ? Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
