Operational Excellence: Lead and optimize plant operations to ensure the highest quality ice cream production. ? Efficiency & Performance: Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), minimize waste, and implement lean methodologies. ? Team Leadership: Build and maintain a skilled workforce, ensuring proper staffing levels and continuous team development. ? Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for better production efficiency and implement innovative solutions. ? Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety, health, and environmental regulations. ? Equipment Maintenance: Oversee plant and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations. ? Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality frozen desserts that meet global food industry standards. ? Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, R&D, and quality control teams to enhance production efficiency. ????? What We Need From You: ?? Must have experience in Ice Cream Manufacturing ???? ?? Strong background in production, operations, and plant management ?? Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization ?? Experience in managing large-scale teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ?? Hands-on knowledge of Dairy & Frozen Dessert Production ?? Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills ?? Ability to execute top management directives efficiently
