Position: Operations Manager – ELV ???? Location: UAE ???? Reporting to: Head of Operations ???? Salary: AED 18,000 – 22,000 + All Other Benefits Key Responsibilities: ? Lead ELV projects across Dubai & NE, ensuring smooth execution & efficiency. ? Drive accountability by liaising with various departments. ? Manage remote teams efficiently across multiple locations. ? Expert in ELV systems – Structured cabling, ISP, ICT, CCTV, ACS, GRMS. ? Ensure compliance with local authority requirements for ISP, CCTV, ANPR, etc. ? Commercially competent – Invoicing, cost control, forecasting, & contracts. ? Build & lead teams – Coaching, mentoring & developing high-performance teams. ? Stakeholder management – Strong presentation & communication skills. ? Promote HSE culture on construction projects.
