Job Description : Construction Manager - QATAR Experiance 15+ years in Oil & gas EPC Degree in MEchanical Engineering Mechanical Construction Manager or a similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and construction methodologies. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with project management software and tools, computer knowledge in MS office progress reporting to project manager on daily basis. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the construction industry. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. Ability to work in a variety of environments, Fit to climb on pipe racks, high rise scaffoldings, confined spaces, and hazardous areas. CS, SS, LTCS, Alloy steel piping and MS/CS structurers Aboveground/Underground piping, structures, equipment’s Hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, purging, line blowing etc. Pre-commissioning, commissioning Able to prepare construction documents like method statement, procedures, review project drawings, review project method statements, specifications, procedures, prepare/guide weld map preparation etc.
