Job Description : VP FP&A DUBAI This is an opportunity to shape the financial future of a dynamic, multi-market business (consumer goods), partnering closely with the Group CFO and executive leadership to steer data-driven growth, optimize resource allocation, and enhance financial decision-making capabilities. To build a FP&A structure that is future forward, transforming financial data into a strategic asset that shapes business decisions, fuels growth and ensure financial resilience. You have used the power of AI to drive the function wherein it has significantly increased the impact on driving business strategy. 18+ years in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of driving financial transformation, strategic planning, and commercial finance initiatives. Strong FMCG, consumer goods, or food industry experience, with multi-market exposure. Deep understanding of global finance trends, supply chain economics, and commercial finance best practices. This role needs the incumbent to carry a track record of significant impact in a multi geography role.
