Job Description : HR Manager UAE Salary: 30,000 AED/month Nationality: Any • University degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management. • At least 10 years experience in Human Resource & Administration in Construction or FM Company. • CIPD/CHRM/ SHRM Certification preferred • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. • Articulate communicator and ability to interpret and explain written and statistical data to a wide range of audiences. • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. • Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
