20 yearsJob Description : President Projects Petrochemicals *Job Summary:* The President Projects Petrochemicals will oversee the development and execution of large-scale petrochemical projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Project Portfolio Management*: Oversee the development and execution of multiple petrochemical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. 2. *Leadership and Team Management*: Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery. 3. *Technical Oversight*: Provide technical expertise and oversight for project design, construction, commissioning, and start-up, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. 4. *Stakeholder Management*: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies. 5. *Risk Management*: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that risks are managed proactively and effectively. 6. *Budgeting and Cost Control*: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are delivered within budget. 7. *Quality Assurance*: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that quality assurance processes are in place. 8. *Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)*: Ensure that projects are executed safely, and that HSE policies and procedures are followed. 9. *Strategic Planning*: Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan, ensuring that project priorities align with business objectives. *Requirements:* 1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 2. *Experience*: Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on petrochemical projects. 3. *Skills*: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong technical expertise in petrochemical projects. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 4. *Certifications*: PMP certification or equivalent.
