This 24/7 operation focuses on liquid processing, bottling, and canning, with exciting growth ahead! ???? Responsibilities: ? Lead 200+ employees across production, maintenance, and logistics ? Drive efficiency and ensure safety, quality, and performance standards ? Implement best practices in sanitation, maintenance, and scheduling ? Support growth and innovation, including potential new sterilization techniques ???? Ideal Candidate: ???? Engineering or Maintenance background with leadership experience ???? Retort experience required, aseptic or other processing a plus ???? Strong people leader with a problem-solving mindset ???? Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, or related field
