Job Description : VP OPERATIONS ARKANAS USA Open to International candidates max age 50 A food/beverage manufacturing to lead a large, state of the art facility in Arkansas and we have the exclusive! *The compensation package for this role includes a base salary up to $240K + 30% bonus + Stock + Relocation Package. *This position requires relocation to Arkansas (NON-NEGOTIABLE) and generous relocation packages are available. - Bachelor’s Degree is required - Must have a minimum of 30 years plant manufacturing management experience within the food/beverage industry - Preference toward those with leadership experience in managing plants with 350+ employees - Ideal candidates will have previous plant start-up experience and CAPEX project experience - Previous experience with highly automated assembly and distribution systems - Proven history of successful P&L management - Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated capability in Lean Manufacturing - Strong leader, coach, and mentor with a passion for developing other leaders
