Job Description : SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER AUCKLAND NEW ZEALAND Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. You'll have the chance to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute significantly to the company's strategic objectives. Lead and manage multiple projects to meet scope, budget, deadlines, and quality expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk management, resource allocation and dependencies. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that may impact delivery. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Drive benefits realisation, ensuring alignment with business cases and strategic objectives. Oversee project budgets, tracking financial performance against forecasts and ensuring cost efficiency. Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure project compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment between IT, business units, and vendors. Relevant Degree in IT and/or Project Management or transferable field. 15+ years’ experience delivering projects and systems implementations in complex organisations. Experience with leading a project in the Master Data Management space is essential for this position. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies. Experience managing budgets and project financials. Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Experience reporting to senior leadership and governance boards. Strong vendor and contract management skills Change management experience to support project adoption.
