Evaluate the viability of engineering projects, taking into account technical, financial, regulatory, and other relevant factors to determine their potential for success. Work closely with stakeholders to craft thorough project proposals, incorporating technical details, budget estimates, and realistic timelines to ensure alignment and feasibility. Lead and manage project implementation, resolving technical, operational, and regulatory challenges to ensure timely and compliant delivery of project goals. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end project engineering, experience in food & beverage or consumer product manufacturing industry. Proven experience in project management, CAPEX engineering, operational excellence. Excellent problem-solving skills with solid decision-making abilities.
