Job Description : Head of Operations a 400 Cr manufacturing organization. _Key Responsibilities:_ - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility - Lead production, quality control, maintenance, supply chain, and safety teams _Requirements:_ - 18+ years of experience in manufacturing operations - In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, specifically rollingstock, equipment, and technology. -CTC upto 1 Cr _Note:_ This is a 6-day workweek role.
