Job Description : GM FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS MUMBAI 25+ years experience oles and Responsibilities • Establish a Strategic Business Plan on a Yearly basis and Interim basis, • Managing international banking and FOREX transactions, • Hedging of Import and Trade Credit exposures, • Overview SCM Transactions, • Preparation of Budget for Rail, Road, Shipping and Air logistic and Cold storage operations, • Scrutiny and handling of documents under LC and Collection, Payment of documents under LCs and collection. Taking care of Bill of Entry and other RBI requirements, • Preparing a budget, analyzing Budget and if any variances then suggest measures for corrective actions, • Managing Internal Risk Control Matrix around Process/system controls, • Oversee the taxes and compliances in the organization, • Manage the process of internal audit as well as external audit and ensure timely closure of audits as per the timelines, Desired Candidate Profile • Significant functional competence, and credible leadership experience, playing both operational and strategic roles in the finance arena, • Strong background and experience in international banking and transactions, • Should have multi-industry background i.e. Real Estate, Food Processing & FMCG
