We're seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our team in Lusaka, Zambia. This exciting opportunity is open to expats and offers a chance to make a real impact in the agricultural sector. About the Role: As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. A strong understanding of the farming inputs market is crucial for success in this role. Minimum Requirements: 6-10 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a team lead/people management role. Proven track record of success in sales leadership and achieving targets. Technical capability related to farming inputs (chemicals, seeds, etc.). Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional qualifications. Experience in the farming inputs industry (chemicals, seeds, etc.) is highly preferred. Location: Lusaka, Zambia
