Marketing Director

Job Description : MARKETING DIRECTOR MENA Has a well-established footprint across the GCC region and operates within the frozen food and protein industry. As the Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind the brand’s market strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s growth ambitions and annual business plan. You will take ownership of the 4 Ps of Marketing, collaborating closely with sales across all channels while steering New Product Development (NPD) in partnership with R&D. This role demands a commercially astute leader who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring the brand remains competitive, innovative, and ahead of market trends. Key Responsibilities: ???? Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives, working closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Finance. ???? Product & Innovation: Manage the innovation pipeline, oversee the product lifecycle, and lead successful product launches. ???? Pricing & Promotions: Design competitive pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and implement promotional pricing models during key sales cycles. ???? Distribution & Channel Growth: Work alongside the sales team to enhance trade marketing efforts, monitor distribution performance, and optimize market reach. ???? 360° Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand visibility and alignment with commercial goals. ???? Leadership & Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic execution. Must Haves: ?? 15+ years of marketing leadership experience within the FMCG sector. ?? Strong expertise in managing the 4 Ps of Marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). ?? Proven track record in brand-building, innovation, and commercial execution. ?? Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with key stakeholders. ??
