Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Dubai, UAE Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and dynamic CFO to lead financial planning, capital management, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires expertise in financial leadership, taxation, risk management, and digital finance, ensuring business growth and stability in the GCC market. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management to ensure financial stability. Develop and manage capital raising and investor relations. Ensure GCC tax and compliance adherence while staying updated on regulations. Optimize value chain, lease negotiations, and contract management. Lead financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic investment decisions. Manage a finance team of 10-15, fostering growth and efficiency. Support digital business initiatives and cryptocurrency integration. Drive ESG transformation for sustainable business growth. Key Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, Master’s in Finance, or equivalent. 8+ years in senior financial leadership, preferably in the GCC region. Proven expertise in capital raising, financial planning, and risk management. Strong understanding of GCC tax laws and trading business models. Proficiency in MIS, ERP systems, and international finance trends. Preferred Skills: Leadership & Strategic Thinking with a growth-oriented mindset.
