Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the supermarket chain, ensuring financial stability, profitability, and growth. This role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and providing financial insights to guide decision-making at the executive level. ???? Key Responsibilities: * Financial Strategy Development * Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting & Analysis * Cash Flow Management & Risk Management * Profitability & Cost Control * Stakeholder & Investor Relations * Mergers & Acquisitions Support ? Mandate Requirements: * CA Qualified (Don't apply if you're CA-Inter OR Semi-Qualified) * Must have 15 to 20 years experience in finance (Not more than 20 years) * Experience in Merger & Acquisition * Strong background in FMCG/retail/Manufacturing finance, handling large volumes and teams. * Candidates from & with India Experience (Not for Overseas/Abroad Experienced) * Must have at least 10 years of his/her experience in the Senior Managerial Role or reporting to the Core Management or Board of Directors.
