Job Description : Business Head - A major city in Maharashtra This opening is with a reputed Business Conglomerate with presence across multiple sectors is hiring for its fast growing Food segment. This position reports to the Executive Director Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration from Premier Institutes. Experience: Minimum 20 Years of relevant experience in leading business out of which at least 5 years should be as Business Head. Strong, hands-on Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG Industry is desirable. Responsibilities would include Strategising, Leading, Directing & Effectively Managing the activities of Food Business and achieving short & long term financial & strategic objectives in line with Business Plan. The other key responsibilities areas would include Brand Visibility & Market Development, People / Team Management. Skills & Competencies: Analytical Reasoning, Effective Negotiations, Market research, Sales and marketing expertise & Brand Management.
