Job Description : HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS ???? Location: UAE ???? Salary: 35000 AED to 40000 AED + Benefits ???? JOB SUMMARY: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 15 years' experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or head-level role, managing procurement, inventory, vendor relations, and logistics in complex and high-demand industries. This role requires a visionary leader who can optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless operations across multiple sectors. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Strategic Supply Chain Management: ???? Develop & implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ???? Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors & logistics partners. ???? Optimize procurement processes, reducing lead times and enhancing supplier performance. ????? Ensure seamless supply chain integration for construction, IT & FLS projects. ? Logistics & Operations Management: ???? Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing & distribution. ???? Manage inventory control, demand forecasting & materials planning. ? Ensure timely delivery of critical supplies and equipment for multiple projects. ???? Implement best practices for compliance with local & international supply chain regulations. ???? QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ???? Education: Bachelor's / Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. ???? Experience: Minimum 15 years in supply chain & logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior or head-level role. ???? Industry Expertise: Proven experience in construction, IT, and FLS sectors. ???? Skills: Strong expertise in strategic procurement, vendor negotiation, logistics management, and compliance.
