Job Description : HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT ???? ???? Location: UAE ???? QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: ? Professional Qualification: CPA / CA (CIA is an advantage) ? Experience: Min. 10 years (at least 5 years in UAE in a similar role) ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ???? Lead & manage the Internal Audit function ???? Examine & assess accounting records & financial reports ???? Analyze audit reports of companies ???? Manage risk & financial integrity while ensuring compliance ???? Review pricing & investment proposals ???? Evaluate policies, procedures & systems ???? SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: ? High level of maturity & integrity ? Excellent communication skills (verbal & non-verbal) ? Strong IT & systems knowledge ? Sound understanding of local laws & regulations ? Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion ????
