Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER (CIVIL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTING) ????? ???? Location: ???????? UAE ???? Reports To: Managing Director / Board of Directors ???? Salary: AED 30,000 – 35,000 + Benefits ???? JOB SUMMARY: The General Manager (GM) will lead and oversee all aspects of civil construction contracting, ensuring efficient project execution, business growth, and financial performance. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in strategic planning, financial management, client relations, and operations to drive the company’s expansion and profitability. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Strategic & Business Development: ???? Develop & execute business strategies to enhance market presence & profitability. ???? Identify new business opportunities, secure contracts & maintain strong client relationships. ???? Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations & industry standards. ????? Build partnerships with consultants, suppliers & subcontractors for effective project execution. ? Operations & Project Management: ???? Oversee civil construction projects from planning to execution & successful delivery. ? Ensure timely completion within budget & contractual obligations. ???? Implement best practices in construction management, procurement & quality control. ?? Identify & mitigate risks and challenges, ensuring smooth project operations. ???? Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities & stakeholders. ? Financial Management: ???? Manage budgets, financial forecasts & project cost control. ???? Monitor cash flow, profitability & overall financial performance. ?? Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency & returns. ???? Handle contract negotiations, payments & dispute resolutions. ???? QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ???? Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. ???? Experience: Minimum 15 years in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. ???? Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE construction laws, regulations & market trends. ???? Skills: Proven expertise in business development, contract negotiation & project execution.
