Commercial Manager 

Job Description : Commercial Manager Philippines Job Description Strategic Planning : · Support, build and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in alignment with the overall business objectives. · Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. · Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO to support decision making Sales and Business Development: · Work with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Financial and Risk Management · Support in budgeting and forecasting for the company. · Optimize pricing strategies to enhance profitability. · Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. · Identify potential risks to the commercial operations and develop strategies to mitigate them. · Efficient use of all resources to maximize ROCE Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management: · Work with Factory head in tracking various financial and operational parameters and optimization strategies. · Strong understanding of manufacturing excellence. · Oversee procurement activities to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services at the best possible prices. · Manage logistics operations to optimize inventory levels and minimize transportation costs. Team · Build the performance orientation in the team. Contract Negotiation: · Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners. · Ensure that contractual agreements are in compliance and align with the company's objectives. Experience8-12 years Industry Type FMCG/Food Processing/Export Functional Area Agricultural Supply Chain. Vacancy Education BE/BTECH + MBA in Marketing operations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges are preferrable Location - Davao Desired profile · Proven track record of leading a high growth-oriented business. · High Emotional intelligence · Excellent communication, interpersonal skills · Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development · Excellent understanding of financial models & financial analysis. · Problem solver and critical thinker · Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities · Result oriented Negotiation skills
