Job Description : CFO KSA As CFO, you'll lead the finance function. Your strategic thinking skills will be put to use as you work closely with executives and the board to shape the financial strategy. You'll oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as developing internal control policies and procedures. Your ability to analyse financial data and present it in clear actionable form will be crucial in driving strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the group finance function, managing a small team focused on tax, zakat, basic accounting, and investment portfolio. Play a key role in the financial leadership and strategy of the organization. Work closely with other senior executives and the board of directors to make decisions regarding the holding’s financial strategy and operations. Develop and implement accounting processes aligned with the holding’s objectives. Oversee the issuance of financial information and report financial results to stakeholders. Produce budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the holding’s strategic plan. Conduct analysis of financial reports, trends, and opportunities for financial growth. Manage the company's cash flow and forecasting. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process. Communicate with external stakeholders to convey the company’s financial performance and strategies effectively. What you bring: As Chief Financial Officer, your extensive experience in finance will be instrumental in leading our client's finance function. Your background in auditing coupled with your strong leadership qualities will enable you to manage a small but dedicated team effectively. Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you liaise with various stakeholders, conveying complex financial information in an understandable manner. Your analytical skills will be crucial in reviewing financial reports and identifying opportunities for growth. 10 years of experience in finance or related field. Experience in a top 10 audit firm is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of corporate finance and measures of performance. In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, bookkeeping software. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong leadership qualities, experience in managing a team is essential. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
