From developing comprehensive financial plans to presenting detailed reports to executive leadership, your work will directly impact the company's bottom line. You'll also be responsible for monitoring cash flow, preparing investment analyses for real estate decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations, establishing internal controls, analysing performance data, collaborating on project budgets, training your team members, and driving digital transformation within your department. Develop and manage financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Present detailed financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts to executive leadership. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for ongoing operations and projects. Prepare financial models and investment analyses to support real estate development decisions. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and corporate policies. Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and reduce costs. Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets, identify cost overruns, and implement corrective actions. Train and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and ensure high performance. Drive digital transformation within the finance function by leveraging tools and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. As the ideal candidate for the Finance Manager role, you bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record in financial management within the real estate or construction sector.
