Opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic organisation Responsibility for setting organisational development goals Role in formulating construction management policies As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of project management, from directing work according to the planned framework to managing the construction of all projects in line with policy. You will also be tasked with coordinating project meetings with key stakeholders, supervising the preparation of detailed scope of work during different stages of construction, and inspecting and controlling project progress to ensure timely completion. Direct work according to the planned framework Receive and implement all policies from project owners Formulate construction management policies with employers Manage the construction of all projects in accordance with policy Coordinate project meetings with employers, designers, and project consultants Supervise the preparation of detailed scope of work in pre-construction, construction, post-construction and delivery periods Inspect and control project progress to ensure completion on time and in accordance with principles The ideal candidate for this Project Director role brings a wealth of experience in project management and construction supervision. With at least 20 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your ability to create strategies for operational improvement and development. Your background as a project management consultant equips you with unique insights that you can leverage to set organisational development goals.
