Accounts Manager

Job Description : ACCOUNTING MANAGER INDIAN TRADING CO THAILAND Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Supervise the AR, AP, GL, and Inventory processes. Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Lead and develop a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate financial information for decision-making. Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission. Assist with internal and external audits as needed. Maintain financial controls and implement improvements where necessary. Required Qualifications: Degree from a top university, preferably in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, with prior managerial experience leading a team (preferably in a trading or industrial business). Experience working in a Big 4 audit firm is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Ability to manage and lead a team of 4-5 people.
