Job Description : CFO TRADING CO THAILAND Indian company looking for expat CFO with 15+ years experience This role will lead financial operations for a newly established joint venture in the food trading business, working closely with CEOs. This role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance, while driving the company’s financial strategy and long-term stability. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, providing strategic insights to both CEOs. Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Manage company cash flow, liquidity, and capital strategies to support business operations and growth. Supervise and guide a team covering AR, AP, Treasury, Payment, and Purchase functions. Align financial strategies with business goals, supporting both CEOs in business decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax regulations, and internal controls. Mitigate financial risks, while managing audits and maintaining stakeholder relations. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred. Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Strong team management and interpersonal skills, with experience leading finance teams. Ability to collaborate with CEOs and senior management to drive financial strategy.
