Accounting and Finance Director

Job Description : EXPAT ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE DIRECTOR THAILAND The Accounting and Finance Director will lead a team in managing accounting operation ,financial reporting, budgeting, investments, and funding activities, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in manufacturing finance, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations to the CFO. Job Description: Oversee the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. Lead and manage large team, with experience in manufacturing, to develop financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Provide strategic financial recommendations to the CFO for decision-making and business growth. Implement and optimize financial systems and internal controls to improve operational efficiency. Manage funding, investments, and capital raising activities to support business expansion. Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management to ensure financial stability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions. Strong expertise in funding, investments, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation. Proven experience managing large teams (30+ subordinates), particularly in manufacturing environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
