As CFO, the successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape business and financial strategy, innovate processes, and influence major business decisions across New Zealand and Australia. They will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with a strong focus on scalability, profitability, and operational excellence. Their insights will not only ensure compliance and financial discipline but will also fuel the next phase of expansion. This role will require regular travel to Australia.
