Job Description : Logistics Head ????Location: Dubai / Cameroon ??Industry: Logistics, FMCG, Cigarette/Tobacco Industry (Preferred) ???????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: - ? Oversee the entire logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods. ? Manage transit logistics for imported goods from multiple suppliers to different client locations. ? Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, customs, and internal teams to streamline operations. ? Ensure cost-effective transportation while maintaining high service levels. ? Monitor import/export documentation, customs regulations, and compliance requirements. ? Develop and implement strategies to reduce transit time and logistics costs. ? Handle warehouse and inventory management to align with supply chain demands. ? Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to forecast demand and plan logistics accordingly. ? Resolve logistics challenges, delays, and disputes efficiently. ? Lead and mentor the logistics team to enhance performance and productivity.
