Job Description : WORKSHOP MANAGER TANZANIA WORKSHOP MANAGER INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE . The role involves maintaining a well-organized and smoothly functioning workshop environment by managing a team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes. • Ensure timely completion of projects and assignments. • Monitor and optimize resource allocation. • Implement and enforce quality control measures. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets the highest standards. • Address and resolve any quality issues promptly. • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project updates and specifications. • Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. • Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Operations Management, or any related field. • Proven experience in workshop or operations management. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Familiarity with workshop equipment and processes. • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
